Typical delivery time frame is between 7-14 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Only Defective or incorrectly received items can be Refund If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will ensure that it is replaced or refunded. Returns: Customers can return items within 14 days of receipt. The cost and responsibility for the return label are for the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at LogsOutUK@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
