Refund Policy

Only Defective or incorrectly received items can be Refund
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will ensure that it is replaced or refunded. 

Returns:

Customers can return items within 14 days of receipt. The cost and responsibility for the return label are for the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to return
Send an email to LogsOutUK@gmail.com with order number, reason for return, photo of the product (if defective or incorrect), and customer information. We will then provide the return address.  

Right of withdrawal
The customer can revoke the contract within 14 days of receipt. The customer bears the costs for return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Return Costs
Return costs vary from 20 to 30 pounds or dollars depending on location.

Refund time
After receipt at the Send to us, the return will be processed within 5 working days.
